Movement has always been my anchor. I began traditional Wado-Ryu karate training at just five years old, sparking a lifelong passion for sport and activity. Over the years, I’ve jumped into school sports, tackled fun runs, obstacle courses and Tough Mudder events, competed at international karate tournaments, played netball and conquered endurance events like a gruelling 100 km walk and the London to Brighton cycle race.

Through every milestone, I’ve experienced firsthand how the mental and physical benefits of exercise ripple into every single area of life.

Following a midlife whim (as you do!), I decided to turn this lifelong passion into my purpose and retrain as a personal trainer. I know exactly what it’s like to navigate change, and I am here to help you do the same. I want to change the narrative around working out—moving away from dread and restriction, and moving toward empowerment, strength, and genuine enjoyment.
